We recognize that many new small business owners have limited time and accounting expertise to properly
maintain their company’s bookkeeping records. Many of them also lack the systems and experience needed to produce accurate financial reports so they need guidance to effectively organize and manage their small business finances.

About Our Founder
Welcome, Solopreneurs!
I’m delighted to connect with you and share the joy of nurturing your numbers through organized and strategic accounting practices for your business.
My love for numbers began early. As far back as 1981, my older sister was teaching me third-grade math when I was just four years old. Over the years, I also learned valuable money habits from my grandmother as I watched her diligently save, invest, and thoughtfully allocate her resources.
As a teenager, I began tutoring high school students in math, and that passion naturally led me to study accounting in college. Since 1997, I’ve proudly worked in the accounting and finance industry, supporting organizations and entrepreneurs with financial management strategies.
In 2013, I took a leap of faith and launched my bookkeeping and accounting business after witnessing several entrepreneurs struggle through the aftermath of disorganized financial systems. Many brilliant business owners were doing their best with DIY accounting, but without the right structure, their numbers became overwhelming instead of empowering.
For the past nine years, I’ve leveraged my accounting and financial reporting expertise to help nonprofits secure more than $3.4 million in grant funding. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of presenting financial insights and reporting to boards of directors, finance committees, and business associations, helping leaders make informed decisions through clear and organized financial data.
In January 2026, I rebranded and partnered to launch Guided Accounting Solutions. This season of business is full of new and improved resources, including my signature framework, Intentional Money Management, designed to help solopreneurs build strong accounting foundations that support sustainable growth and aligned financial goals.
As you journey alongside me, you’ll notice that I’ve designed Guided Accounting Solutions to reflect the things I love most: family, gardening, and yes… NUMBERS!
I’d also like to give a heartfelt shoutout to those who continuously support this work. My partner, Paul, my dear friend Coach K, and my daughters, Macie and Maddie, who never hesitate to encourage me as I serve entrepreneurs like you.
Ultimately, I’m wholeheartedly committed to inspiring fellow entrepreneurs to become the best stewards of their resources. It all begins with understanding your numbers and establishing a strong financial foundation to build upon.
