Who This Challenge Is For:
This challenge is designed for service-based solopreneurs who:
• Want to organize their finances and improve their relationship with money
• Aim to strengthen financial habits that consistently align with their business goals
• Value the practice of pausing consistently to care for their financial records
Not an ideal fit for:
• Businesses with 100+ monthly transactions and/or more than 3 bank accounts
• Owners seeking immediate, advanced accounting support
• Anyone expecting tax prep or bookkeeping services within the challenge
How It Works:
• Duration: 7 Weeks
• Delivery: Live virtual sessions on Thursdays at 12:00pm CST
• Commitment: Up to 30 minutes twice per week
• Expected Transformation:
– Increased awareness of spending patterns
– Clearer decision-making
– Improved financial stewardship
Guidelines:
Choose two days/times that support you, and commit to pausing at those same times each week
Bring a dedicated notebook or journal and a pen ready to use throughout the challenge
Stay engaged by viewing your “Guided Moments” via email each week
Complete a short anonymous questionnaire in Week 1 and 7 to measure your growth and receive insights
Commit to writing your financial transactions by hand during Weeks 1–4 for clarity and awareness
After Week 4, you can switch to a spreadsheet only if you choose.
